HF, vows to enhance its competency to better the housing welfare of the people

- HF CEO Choi set the growth direction on its 20th anniversary.

The Korea Housing Finance Corporation(HF) CEO Choi Joon Woo said on March 4 that it will grow its competency to better the housing welfare of the Korean people.

CEO Choi stressed in his speech to mark the 20th  anniversary of HF that “We must strive to be a sustainable housing finance institution. Based on the in-depth analysis for the future, we will improve housing welfare of the public.” 

He added, “We have to charter a path for the next 20 years, building on the experiences and expertise over the last 20 years. To this end, we have to identify changes and opportunities to provide financial services to make people happy. ”

Moreover. CEO Choi put a stressed on the innovation across the board to map out its own future and urged it to be renew itself as a sustainable leading housing institution through communication and solidarity.“

In the meantime, since its establishment in 2004, the HF has cemented its leading position in the financial market, providing public mortgages including Bogeumjari loans, housing guarantees such as Jeonse guarantees, and reverse mortgages for the stable livelihood for senior citizens, and issuing overseas covered bonds.
