The Valid Application for the Special Bogeumjari Loan Closed with KRW 43.4tn  

The Korea Housing Finance Corporation(HF, CEO Choi Joon Woo) announced on February 5 that the Special Bogeumjari Loan closed on January 29 with KRW 43.4 trillion worth of valid application(about 181,971 cases).

Those with annual income of KRW70million or less accounted for 60.7% of the borrowers, whose average annual income was around KRW61million. In terms of house prices, houses valued under KRW60 million took 72.5%, whereas the average house price stood at KRW450million. In the meantime, those in their 20s and 30s accounted for 58.1% of the borrowers, taking the highest age bracket. 

HF said, “In 2024, we will continue our efforts to support low-to-moderate income households and end-users to materialize their dream of homeownership, with all of our resources and capacity.
