HF received the Interior & Safety Minister Citation on the open information 

-  Its efforts to better the open information placed it on top for two consecutive years.

The Korea Housing Finance Corporation(HF, CEO Choi Joon Woo) said on January 19 that it was selected as the best institution in the “2023 Open Information Comprehensive Evaluation’ by the Ministry of Interior & Safety and received the Minister Citation in the quasi-government institution category for two years in a row. 

The Ministry monitored and evaluated 550 administrative and public institutions under the following 4 categories; prior information disclosure, original text disclosure, information request processing and customer management. HF received the best grade in the quasi-government institution category for two consecutive years.    

HF was credited with its efforts in the following areas; wider open-format transition, one-click list search on the prior information disclosure, proactive information disclosure, and corporate training on the information disclosure. In particular, HF received high grades in customer satisfaction and the accurate request-processing category. 

HF said, ”To meet the expectations as the best information disclosure institution for two consecutive years, we will stay committed to enhancing the right to know of the public and the customer satisfaction, and being a trustworthy public institution.“
