Under the agreement, the two organizations will collaborate on various initiatives, including ▲ developing and operating programs that promote stable retirement and increased Home Pnesion participation for small business owners, ▲ offering financial education and informational seminars for small business owners, and ▲ conducting strategic joint promotional activities to raise awareness of the Home Pension program.

HF CEO Kim Kyung-Hwan stated, “We are committed to helping small business owners secure reliable retirement income by utilizing the value of their homes,” adding, “As a state-sponsored finance institution, HF will continue to expand its inclusive financial services that improve the economic well-being of the public.”

In April, HF launched the Home Pension for Small Business Loan Repayment program. This program enables eligible small business owners or their spouses to repay loans received from government agencies or financial institutions using lump-sum withdrawals from their Home Pension.
