MBS Securitization Trading Structure

• KHFC establishes a trust with itself as a trustee for the mortgage loans purchased from financial institutions to issue MBS. KHFC registers the trust to the Financial Services Commission.
• KHFC provides the payment guarantee to MBS investors.
• KHFC provides the payment guarantee for up to 50 times of the equity capital.
