Helpline

  • You can report to the Redwhistle Compliance Center any corruption, a violation of code of conduct, power trip(Gapjil), a human rights violation and/or sexual harrassment at HF
    • Corruption : Any action stated in each item of Subparagraph 4, Article 2 of the Anti-Corruption Act.
    • A Violation of the Code of Conduct : Any violation of the KHFC Code of Conduct for Employees
    • Power Trip(Gapjil) : Any violation of the Guideline to Eradicate Power Trip(Gapjil) in the Public Sector
    • A Human Rights Violation : Any violation of the KHFC Human Rights Corporate Management Guidelines
    • Sexual Misconduct : Sexual harrassment or other forms of sexual misconduct under the KHFC Rules Against Sexual Harrassment & Sexual Violence
    • Others : Any actions not specified above but need to be reported
  • To be noted, as the article 58, 8, and 13 of the Act on the Prevention of Corruption & the Establishment & Management of the Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission, the Public Interest Whistleblower Protection Act, and the Improper Solicitation & Graft Act respectively, stipulate the related report shall be filed with a signed document with the personal information of the person who reports, a report made in anonymity technically does not fall under the category of the reports of corruption or reports for the public interest, which means a protection for the anonymous informant is not guaranteed under the law.
  • In case the protection of the person deems imperative, it is advised to file a report under one’s real name to a related authority under the law, such as the Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission, a supervision authority or one’s own company or organization.
