The Valid Application for the Special Bogeumjari Loan Stands at KRW 31.1tn

The Korea Housing Finance Corporation(HF, CEO Choi Joon Woo) announced on August 8 that the valid application for the Special Bogeumjari Loan stands at KRW 31.1 trillion or about 132,000 cases, as of July 31.

 ㅇ  The figure excludes about 71,000 applications worth of KRW 15.6 trillion from the total of approx. 203,000 applications of KRW 46.7 trillion, which had been cancelled by the customers or denied of approval for ineligibility during the deliberation process

In the meantime, the interest rate of the conventional Bogeumjari loan is to be increased by 0.25%point from August 11. Those who complete the loan application by August 10 can be applied with the current rate before the increase.
