‘HF Talks’ makes Special Bogeumjari Loans more Accessible and Convenient

- HF offers simplified services for Geun-expunge application and financial reports issuance

HF chatbot services, ‘HF Talk’, now offers loan related services, such as Geun-expunge application, issuance of financial reports, and change of loan terms, to borrowers of public mortgages*, including Special Bogeumjari loans.

* Also include conventional Bogeumjari and Didimdol loans. 

Korea Housing Finance Corporation(HF, CEO Choi Joon Woo) announced on 26 May 2023 that it begins ‘24/7 services’ to customers of Special Bogeumjari loans and other types of public mortgages, fielding their questions after loan origination, such as how to change loan terms or by when to sell the other house to meet one-house eligibility criteria.

In addition, the ‘HF Talk’ enables the customers to issue various certificates (a total of 6 types) including financial transaction reports, to apply for Geun-expunge, and to submit loan documents whenever they want, without having to visit a HF branch or installing the HF application.

* A document is sent to a fax number entered by a customer. 

For certificate issuance, simplified application for Geun expunge and loan moderation program consultation, customers can choose the relevant menu on the ’HF Talk’ and access to the service after ID authentication via their phones.
