HF supports the seniors living alone to weather the winter

- Donations to subsidize the heating costs of the 100 single-senior households in Busan

Korea Housing Finance Corporation(HF, CEO Choi Joon Woo) said on 31 January that it made donation to the Community Chest of Korea (Busan Branch Chairperson Choi Geum Sik) to alleviate heating cost burden on the living-alone elderly in Busan. 

HF decided to make the donation to help the disadvantaged elderly in Busan to have a warm winter. The charity organization will deliver the contribution to 100 senior households living alone.

HF CEO Choi said, “We hope the donation can help the elderly who are having a difficult time amid the recent cold spell to have a safer and warm winter. HF will continue a targeted support to help the underprivileged in the city.

In the meantime, HF has made total KRW 60million worth of contribution since 2020 to ease the heating costs burden on the disadvantaged in the city.
