HF website offers products information at a glance

The Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF) (CEO Choi, Jun-Woo) announced on Dec. 1 that its website has been updated to make it easier and faster for people to check information on housing finance products. 

The new website now offers a more intuitive, more focused design. Its user-centered framework uses big data technology as well as a senior-friendly information channel where visitors can check the corporation’s main products―Bogeumjari Loan, rent deposit refund guarantees, and house pensions―easier and faster. 

This easier, more accurate approach is enabled by the big-data-driven “One-Pass” access feature.

The HF website has adopted two features―“Daily Hot issue” and “Finding Optimal Product Service”―which use new digital technology to enable customers to search for information conveniently and accurately.   

To solve issues quickly, the “Daily Hot Issue” function offers real-time analysis on questions that customers frequently ask of call centers. Also, with the newly adopted “Product Comparison” page, customers can search and compare finance products that are optimized to their circumstances.
