“Update Your Personal Info and Get Our Gift!”

- HF data update event open until Oct. 18

Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Choi Joon-Woo) stated on September 19, 2022, that it will run a customer information update event until October 18, 2022. According to HF, the event will help HF keep state-guaranteed mortgage loan users informed of its notices on principal payment dates among other notifications.

The event is open to ▲ u-Bogeumjari Loan users, ▲ Akkim e-Bogeumjari Loan users, and ▲ Didimdol Loan users for homeownership. They will be automatically allowed to participate in the event simply by updating and saving their personal information, including their address and mobile phone number, on the HF webpage (www.hf.go.kr) or Smart Housing Finance application.

An HF official said, “On our webpage and mobile application, we provide our customers with information on their upcoming payment amount and date, any overdue amount, and our useful programs, such as troubled debt rescheduling. This personal info update will allow them to stay informed about their loan status and valuable HF services that meet their needs.”

From among all participants, HF will select 80 to offer mobile gift certificates. It will give them separate notice at the end of October.
