HF Honored with Presidential Award for Advancing National Personnel Management Affairs

Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Choi Joon-Woo) announced on July 20, 2023, that it won the 2022 Presidential Award for Meritorious Contribution to Advanced National Personnel Management Affairs (HR Innovation).
In the 2022 Best Personnel Management Innovation Practice Competition organized by the Ministry of Personnel Management and participated in by 68 organizations (128 cases), including central ministries and public institutions, HF was recognized for its efforts in improving fairness and trust in the recruitment process. In particular, through its H.O.P.E. Recruitment Model for Young Job Seekers, HF has taken an empathetic approach* toward job seekers by ▲ fully disclosing recruitment information, ▲ providing applicants with detailed strength and weakness analysis reports and screening outcomes, and ▲ operating an employment competency enhancement program.

HF maintained its commitment to job seekers by introducing various recruitment initiatives this year, including ▲ providing employees with a professional recruitment interviewer course, ▲ launching a ‘job information notification service’ that sends job posting text alerts to pre-registered contacts, and ▲ giving advance notice of significant changes in its recruitment.
